Return Information

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

We promise to be your trusted partner for technology by delivering the product, service and convenience you deserve — all at competitive prices. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, let us help you with a replacement, return or repair.

Returns will be refunded with the type of payment used in the original sale.

We accept returns within 30 days from date of receipt of your purchase for a full refund or exchange, excluding any shipping charges.

Items that qualified for Free Shipping that are being returned will have our shipping costs deducted from the refund or credit.

Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipment errors due to a bad address provided by the buyer will not be credited for shipping charges if returned or at all if lost or abandoned by the carrier.

Please allow 2 business days for us to process your return. You will be notified by email once your return is processed.

1. Get a Return Authorization Number. Request a return authorization online by emailing us or through the contact form, or call us to request a RMA (return authorization number). All returns must have an RMA number assigned.

2. Super Deal Global reserves the right to refuse return, refund and/or charge a restocking fee for any product that doesn't comply with the following requirements:

a) A different serial number than the one Super Deal Global originally shipped. 

b) Damage because it was improperly packaged for return shipment. Damage from drops, spilled liquid, or mishandling, including in-flight or other damages. 

c) Returned product (New, Refurbished, Used) must be in its original condition received by Buyer plus all accessories, if any in the shipment. For example, for new items, the return items must have all original manufacturer's packaging, materials, and accessories, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and blank warranty cards. Merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code, UPC, cannot be returned. The original manufacturer's labeled packaging should be enclosed within an outer shipping box. Please do not write or place shipping labels or stickers on the manufacturer's packaging.
