Our gradings are: New, Certified Refurbished, Certified Pre Owned -- Grade A+, Grade A, Grade B and Grade C.
For new items, the manufacturer warranty is from one to 3 years depending on the brands.
For Pre Owned items, we back it with our standard one-year warranty.

What are your opening hours?

Our office is open Monday to Friday from 09:30 until 17:30 and you can call us between those hours. Please quote your order number in any correspondence. Before contacting, have a browse through the FAQs as they will probably provide you with the info you are looking for.

Do you have a shop where I can come and view / collect your stock?

We are a global company with locations in Australia, USA, and Asia. In Australia, our shop front is our online shop. Like most online retailers, we are based in a warehouse and office rather than a shop. This way we can decrease our expenditures and pass the savings onto our customers.  so for safety reasons we cannot really allow viewings or collections. However, we are really strict with our grading system and our dispatch is very quick.

What does your packaging look like?

New products ship in the original sealed box with the original accessories and full manufacturer warranty.  All our grade A, B and C products ship in our own hard white boxes and they look great. They are made from 100% recycled card and have space for a cable and a adapter / charger. The product will be protected in a bubble bag and other extra materials for safe delivery. 

I have received my product for use with my SIM. Can I get up and running straight away?

Yes. However, it is definitely worth contacting your network provider to notify them of your new product and to see if they can adjust your tariff to the product you have. Smart phones and tablets typically use a lot of data so you may need to ask for more. You may even end up saving some money.

What do your products come with?

Grade A+ is like new and ships in the original box with all the original accessories and full manufacturer warranty (one or two years).
Grades A, B and C ship in our own white box and our 1 year warranty, charger and data cable (except products which use lightning cables)

What is the actual condition of your Certified Pre-Owned products?

The product grading information of our Certified Pre-Owned products is as below.

Grade A+ =The phone is Certified Pre-Owned. It is a new, unused item with absolutely no signs of wear. The item may be missing the original packaging, or in the original packaging but not sealed. It comes with all the original accessories and full manufacturer's warranty. It has been fully tested and is in full working order **. And you have the option of purchasing warranty extension to extend your coverage further.

Grade A = The phone is Certified Pre-Owned. The item will be pristine and come with our 1 Year warranty. And you have the option of purchasing warranty extension to extend your coverage further. A charger and cable will be provided for free (except Apple lightning cables*). It comes in our own box.

Grade B = The phone is Certified Pre-Owned but in excellent condition, will show a few light marks, and come with our 1 Year warranty. And you have the option of purchasing warranty extension to extend your coverage further. A charger and cable will be provided for free, except Apple lightning cables*. It comes in our own box.

Grade C = The phone is Certified Pre-Owned but in average condition. Cosmetically the phone will show signs of use, including some scratches and scuffs to the screen and casing. It won’t have cracks on the screen or casing. It has been fully tested and is in full working order **. It’s worth remembering that what we describe as average, other retailers describe as ‘good’. We grade a bit more stringently. If you are not happy with the condition you can always return it using our 30 day no quibble returns policy. A charger and cable will be provided for free (except Apple lightning cables*). It is packed in our own box. We back it with our one-year warranty. And you have the option of purchasing warranty extension to extend your coverage further.

All of our phones (except brand new) are thoroughly tested by our highly skilled, experienced technicians, and working. In addition, we offer the 1 Year warranty and our 30 days no quibble returns policy gives you peace of mind.

If you have bought a brand new phone, please make sure you want it before you open it as we can’t accept returns on opened, unwanted, ‘brand new’ items.

Are your products 100% original?

Yes, all the products we sell are authentic with 100% original parts. They come with manufacturer-patented materials, software and hardware.
We back all products we sell with one-year warranty. New items come with full manufacturer warranty which is one year (such as Apple) or two years (such as Samsung). And you have the option of purchasing warranty extension to extend your coverage further.

Where do you get your stock?

In addition to directly purchasing from manufacturers for new items, we also purchase overstock inventory and customer returns from huge national distributors and big box retailers to sell with a huge discount as pre-owned.

Do your used products have remaining manufacturer warranty?

If you’re buying the very latest product it’s safe to assume it will have some remaining warranty.  Brand new phones will come with full manufacturer warranty.  Due to receiving large volumes of stock we can’t check the individual handsets, apologies for any inconvenience.  However, any used products come with our 1 year warranty. 

Can you provide product specific photographs?

Unfortunately, we have a lot of phones so we cannot take photos of each one, however, if you’re not happy with the condition you can use our 30 day no quibble returns service to send it back to us.

Which networks are your products locked to?

Our products are not locked to any networks. All our mobile phones are Unlocked.
GSM Unlocked model mobile phones are allowed to work with any SIM card in the world. Factory unlocked phones can be used anywhere they came unlocked from the factory and do not have any network restrictions.
For the benefits and convenience to our customers, we only sell GSM Unlocked mobile phones for both International and Local models. It means that you can use any phone you buy from us with any carrier service in Australia - Telstra, Optus, Vodaphone as examples. You can also save a lot of money for your mobile needs this way.
All you need to do is purchase a SIM from one of these providers on either a plan or with a set dollar figure .. .say $20 worth of credit.
We sell brand new, refurbished, pre-owned GSM Unlocked international model mobile phones in addition to local models mobile phones.
All products we carry, including the international model of mobile phones, come with the same warranty we offer.

What is Unlocked / SIM Unlocked?

Also known as Unlocked, Factory Unlocked or SIM Free, SIM Unlocked means that a product will work on any Network. The products have not been ‘rooted’ or ‘jailbroken’ and you can update the software in the normal way. Do your products come with contracts?

No. All mobile phones we sell are UNLOCKED which means no contract is required and you are free to use any network or prepaid. We currently do not supply contracts or SIM cards.

Can companies order?

Of course. If you register as a business and provide a valid business registration number you’ll automatically receive a $5 - $10 discount per handset depending on the quantity of products purchased.

Is there a limit to the quantity of products I can order?

Not at all. There is no limit to the quantity of products you can order. And if you are a registered company there is a $5 discount per item for 1-9 products and a $10 discount per item for 10 or more products.

How do I place an order on au.superdealglobal.com?

Making an order is easy. You can type the model you are looking for in the search bar above or you can browse all of our stock using the filter on the left of the page. You can view detailed information on the product you are interested in by clicking the links in the product box; Grading Definitions, Product Information and Gallery.
Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, click on the "ADD TO CART" button to place it in your Cart. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order.
Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process, when you will be asked for your credit card information.

What if the product I want is out of stock?

We receive loads of stock on a daily basis. We can order to demand if the product is available from our distributors. We usually receive stock on an “as and when” basis which means it is difficult to pin point exactly when we will receive a specific product but you can use the stock notification system (See below).
However, we can take pre orders, deposits to hold stock for our customers.

Can you let me know when something is available?

Yes. You can request to receive an email notification when the product you are interested in becomes available. You’ll need to click 'View All Stock', filter your search to what you need, hover over the question mark icon a click 'Sign up to stock alert'.
You'll be asked to provide your email address but this will guarantee that you'll receive a notification as soon as that item is added to stock. This does not guarantee you will get the product as we operate on a first-come-first-served basis and if you miss out, you’ll need to 'Sign up to stock alert' again.

Can I order if I live outside Australia?

Sure. We ship worldwide.
There is a chance that the postage fee is higher for some countries compared to shipping within Australia. If so, we will contact you on the amount of postage fee you may need to pay for your order.

When will I get my order?

The delivery estimate is between 1 to 5 business days after dispatch which takes 1 to 2 days.
We ship Monday to Friday, except national public holidays.

How are your products dispatched?

We have warehouses in different cities in Australia and USA. If item is not available in Sydney warehouse at time of ordering. It will be shipped out at one of our other warehouses. Thus the order may arrive up to 5 days after dispatch which takes 1 to 2 days. We rely on local postal services, Australian Post as well as a global network of shipping partners, UPS, FedEx, DHL, to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible.

How can I check on an order I placed on au.superdealglobal.com?

To check on the status of an order or verify shipment, please go to "My Account" or "Order & Returns" for details. 
Your order is always being sent with a trackable service, the tracking number and its details will be included on your orders page as well as on the shipping email we send you. As soon as your order is dispatched, we send tracking information to your email address. 

I haven't received my tracking number yet. When will I get it?

Your tracking number is sent by email the second your order is dispatched. You'll usually receive the tracking details within 48 hours of placing the order. When you do receive the details you can assume that the order will be with you within 5 days.

It’s been a few days and I’ve not received my item. What should I do?

If your order has been dispatched and you’ve received a tracking number, you can find detailed information on the status of your delivery on the delivery carrier's website. If your delivery has failed and you haven’t heard from the delivery carrier, you’ll need to contact them and arrange redelivery or collection.

What should I do if my product has been tampered with or damaged in the post?

If you suspect that the package has been tampered with, please do not accept the delivery. If you believe the product has been damaged in the post, please follow the instructions in your delivery note regarding the returns process.
We will issue a replacement upon receipt of the damaged handset subject to stock availability and we will handle any issues with the delivery service.

How can I make returns or exchanges?

au.superdealglobal.com offers a very nice returns and exchange policy. You can return it to us within 30 days of the order date for a refund or exchange. We cannot fully refund for opened 'brand new' items.

In the unlikely event that your product becomes faulty, you are welcome to return it to us a) within our 30 days return period for a full refund or exchange. b) within our 1 year warranty period for a repair or exchange.
We will always resolve any issues and we can either refund or replace upon request. 
If your product is covered by the manufacturer's warranty it is advisable to obtain a replacement or repair via that route. Manufacturers typically carry out full diagnostic repairs or replace with a brand new product. For used products, we will either repair or replace with another used product subject to your request and stock availability.  For details, please see Returns in Customer Service page.

I have returned my product. When will I get my refund or replacement?

If you’ve requested a refund, we’ll process it as soon as we receive your product.
If you have requested a replacement, we will get it dispatched as soon as we receive your product subject to stock availability.
If we have not got what you need, we will either replace it with a compatible equivalent, ask you to wait until we do or refund you in full. We will contact you either way.

Can I have a different/ upgraded product as a replacement and pay/ be refunded the difference in price?

Sure, you are welcome to do so.
To eliminate any error in the process, please contact us to check the availability of the product you are interested in and the difference in price.

Can I view my order information?

Definitely.
